How each month runs
- By the 10th. You report and certify last month's lighting revenue in the dashboard.
- Same day. The invoice posts with your tier and the math shown. Due in 10 days by ACH or card on file.
- Within 60 days. 30% of what you paid is spent on your ads, in your accounts.
- On payment. 70% posts to your ledger. Your buyout price and projected payoff date update that day.

Is a one year commitment normal?
Yes. You pay nothing up front, so the first year is how the build is covered. Agencies charge $7,500 to $20,000 up front for less. Commit longer and the fee drops.
Do I have to be a lighting contractor already?
No. Most partners are roofers, gutter, pool, paver or electrical contractors adding lighting. We teach the product and the bidding.
Who owns the site while I am paying?
We do until your credits reach the ledger. Then you do. Your brand, customers and leads are yours from day one, and a domain you already own stays yours.
What if I want out?
After your term, give 30 days notice. If we fail to deliver and do not fix it within 7 days of your written notice, you can leave any time with no tail. To keep the site, pay the ledger balance minus your credits.
What if I do some lighting jobs on the side?
They count. Every lighting job in your county goes on the report, whichever company name or payment method. Product we can see you bought that is missing from the report is treated as sold at 2.5 times cost.
Do I carry inventory?
No. Brighter Nights product is stocked at distributors nationwide. Pick it up same day or have it shipped in 3 to 5 days.
Do I have to use Brighter Nights product?
Yes, on your permanent lighting installs, bought through your own distributor. Brighter Nights Lighting Technologies is an affiliate of one of Accelerate's owners, so we say that plainly.
Does paying off the site end the fee?
No. Paying off the ledger means you own the site. The growth service, ads, reports and partner manager continue on the same sliding fee for as long as you want them, and stop whenever you say.
Is my county available?

How many partners are there?
One partner per county, in every state. We onboard two partners a month so every launch gets full attention. When your county is taken, it is taken.
